- Chicken Toscana- 8 oz cooked in wine, artichoke hearts, mushrooms with 2 side dishes
- Grilled Salmon with mango papaya salsa served with starch and vegetables
- Eggplant parmigiana (vegetarian)
Desert: Strawberry Sundae
The meal includes a side salad, sliced sourdough basket on each table and napkins and will have water on each table and iced tea and coffee available on a side table.

Evan Edelist enjoys being an environmental gerontology resource and finding creative solutions for Aging in Place. He is an AgeSafe Senior Home Safety Specialist for Falls Prevention and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Edelist is Credentialed by the National Association of Professional Gerontologists, and a member of the Gerontological Society of America, the Aging Life Care Association, and the American Society on Aging. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley, an MBA from Marylhurst University, an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and an MS in Gerontology from McDaniel College. Evan also has an Emmy for Science and Technical Achievement for leading a team of engineers in developing a film to data scanner. He lives in San Rafael with his partner Lisa and their rescue dog, Omi.
I am planning on talking about biopsychosocial aging needs relative to environmental gerontology, aging in place, and the latest useful trending technologies for safety, including when needing to shelter in place.
Reservations are encouraged because they help us with the head count for the restaurant.

For registered guests that will be paying by cash or by check, we have 2 favors to ask.
First, we encourage you to come prepared with a check rather than pay cash.
Second, please make your check made out beforehand. Be sure to make it payable to MCARE. NOTE: The price for each luncheon may change so be sure to check your registration invoice.
This will make the check in process go much quicker. When paying by cash, it can slow everything down.
