This membership benefit was created exclusively for the son; daughter; grandson; or granddaughter of a current or a deceased MCARE member. Please don’t confuse MCARE with MCERA which is the Marin County Employees Retirement Association. The application deadline and criteria are final - no exceptions. The application and all accompanying documentation (school transcript, 3 letters of recommendation & photo) must be received by Marin County Office of Education No later than TBA.
