• Your MCARE membership information – organization, year you retired, terms of use, consent to use your information, MCARE number, and additional information for MCARE internal purposes (nickname, mail newsletter, etc.).
• Type of Membership information - which type of membership that you have selected (new or renewal), the date you first joined the Marin County Association of Retired Employees and your dues.
Feedback, Query and other Forms. We offer you the opportunity to provide us with feedback on the Marin County Association of Retired Employees website, submit a question to us or to submit other forms to help you with your experience here at the website. We request optional information such as name and e-mail address as part of these forms.
